Think Anew, Act Anew

observations and opinion

It is Mitt’s to lose

With the rapid decay of Obama’s lead in the battleground states, continued upward momentum in the key national voter intention numbers and an increasingly good press, Romney enters the final two weeks of the campaign with the wind at his back.  Governor Romney lost the debate last week and it didn’t matter – enough people have decided they like him that a sometimes clumsy performance didn’t cost him much.  The signs, small but multiplying, are that people expect Mitt to win and are becoming comfortable with the idea.  Personally, I hope they’re wrong and I’m wrong.
